The core structure is a high-precision marble base and column, with an infinite telecentric optical system lens barrel and an industrial digital camera, a toothless screw drive x, y workbench and an image processing system. When inspecting a product , first place the workpiece to be inspected on the workbench of the optical measurement system, and after positioning, call up the inspection program for the product to be inspected. The x, y workbench sends the workpiece under the lens. After the lens captures the image of the circuit board, the processor will move the x, y workbench to the next position to capture it, and then perform the corresponding calculations. By continuously processing the image, a higher inspection speed is achieved.
